We know how important quality and craftsmanship are when selecting a piece of fine jewellery. The products we create are designed to last a lifetime, that’s why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our products.
From the moment you receive your piece, you are covered for any manufacturing faults that may affect your new item. This covers the optical properties of your stone (clarity, colour, fire, lustre and brilliance) as well as the craftmanship of your setting. We will repair or replace your ring in the case of these events.
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty guarantees your ring will stand up to normal wear and last a lifetime.
The warranty does not cover wilful or accidental damage, wear and tear, theft, loss or lack of care. Any alterations will void your warranty. The warranty is non-transferable; thus, it only applies to the original purchaser. Please retain your proof of purchase. Warranty is only valid if a maintenance check is conducted every 12 months by Seven Swans Fine Jewellery or an agreed upon third party.
This warranty covers the repair or replacement of your jewellery and does not allow for refunds.
'With Love' Holiday Collection
Our 'With Love' Holiday Collection is covered by a 12 month limited warranty, covering manufacturing faults.
The warranty does not cover wilful or accidental damage, wear and tear, theft, loss or lack of care. Any alterations will void your warranty. The wearer must abide by our care guidelines (removing the jewellery for inappropriate activities, like exercise, sleep, gardening, cleaning, etc). The warranty is non-transferable; thus, it only applies to the original purchaser. Please retain your proof of purchase and register your item as per the instructions received upon arrival.
Accessing Your Cover
If you would like to access your warranty or your jewellery is damaged, please send photos and a description of the damage to email@example.com for assistance. Our team would be more than happy to assist you. In the case you are not covered by the warranty, we can arrange repairs or replacement of your jewellery.
